Property Manager (Excellent $. Asian-language speaking is nice to have)

Due to expansion, our high-performing and highly team-oriented property company is hiring an additional “Property Manager” to join our energetic and ultra-friendly team focussed on client services and passionate support for our team members. We are big on team work, always have a good laugh and at the same time creating the best real estate practises in the industry.

You will have the opportunity to work with excellent property management and top-grade property professionals who are highly experienced, driven and focussed on achieving results together as a highly team-oriented unit.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED if you do not have any property management experience.

Your tasks include, but not limited to , the following to equip you fully and give you ample earning potential:

• being one of the contact persons for property owners, tenants and trades

• Assisting with variety of inspections, viewings, routine inspections 

• Marketing and advertising campaign management for rental

• Provide maintenance support to clients and tenants

• Property management related tasks.

The person should be:
- Is willing to be a team player, learn and grow.

• Interested in real estate industry and wanting to create a successful career in real estate 

- Ability to speak any Asian language or Chinese (on just basic level) is just nice to have (but is NOT compulsory at all, as our business covers Asia).
