Randstad is proud to partner with a leading, privately owned manufacturing business based in Yatala to secure a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Assistant.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager in a fast-paced environment, this permanent full-time role is ideal for an enthusiastic administrative professional with a passion for HR and WHS. If you have a strong customer-service ethos, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and collaborate across all levels of the business, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

• HR & WHS Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support across both Human Resources and Health & Safety functions.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Assist with advertising roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
• Onboarding & Inductions: Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction processes for incoming staff.
• Systems & Digital Records: Update and maintain accurate digital employee records within HRIS and Time & Attendance systems.
• Advisory Assistance: Serve as a helpful first point of contact for managers and supervisors regarding everyday HR queries.
• Departmental Administration: Support special HR projects/initiatives, general administration, and provide relief cover for reception duties as needed.

• Administrative Focus: Exceptional organisational skills, time management, and high attention to detail.
• Recruitment Background: Prior experience assisting with recruitment workflows and candidate coordination.
• Communication: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with a client- and candidate-focused approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Hands-on experience with HRIS and Time & Attendance platforms is highly regarded.
• Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are advantageous.
