The Gertrude Hotel on Fitzroy’s iconic Gertrude Street is looking for a new Chef legend to add to the crew.

ABOUT YOU:

• a passion for food, cooking, and hospitality

• proven experience working in a fast paced restaurant or pub kitchen

• enjoy working as part of a focused (and fun) team

• have excellent communication and organisational skills

• confident knife, food preparation and cooking skills

• a desire to continue learning and growing in hospitality

• open 7 nights plus 4 lunches per week

• passionate team who loves food and all aspects of hospitality

• prime Gertrude Street location close to the CBD and easy access to parking and multiple tram and bus routes on our doorstep

• flexible 7-day roster with a mixture of day and night shifts available
