You are the first point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries, reservation modifications, and special requests with warmth, professionalism, and care. Every interaction is an opportunity to make guests feel valued and to set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

Your attention to detail ensures rooms are allocated according to guest preferences and business needs, payments are processed securely, and all reservation records are meticulously maintained to guarantee smooth check-ins and check-outs.

Calm under pressure, you approach challenges with thoughtful problem-solving, ensuring every guest inquiry or request is handled seamlessly. A true team player, you inspire positivity, go the extra mile, and contribute to a high-performing environment where service excellence is always at the heart.

Flexible and reliable, you are available to work at least one weekend day and adapt to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, and you hold full Australian working rights, allowing you to work without restriction.
