About the RoleWe are looking for an organised and proactive Client Services Officer to support our financial advisers and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for our clients.
The primary focus of the role will be client service and advice administration, with additional responsibility for general office and administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting advisers with the preparation and implementation of financial advice
Managing client applications, forms and supporting documentation
Liaising with clients, super funds, investment platforms and insurance providers
Following up outstanding information and keeping clients updated
Updating client records, workflows and tasks within our CRM
Preparing correspondence, reports and meeting documents
Booking appointments and assisting with adviser diary management
Answering incoming calls and assisting with general client enquiries
Providing broader administrative support across the business
Previous Client Services Officer, financial planning administration or professional services experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicating with clients by phone and email
Able to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Positive, reliable and willing to support the wider team
Experience within financial advice, superannuation, investments or insurance will be highly regarded, although training can be provided to the right person.
