Nursery Lead Educator

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator or educator looking to make their next step into leadership to join our very harmonious and settled 12 child nursery room at Penola Casa in Wavell Heights, Brisbane. This is ideally a full-time role with some flexibility, you will be responsible for developing your own understanding and your teams to implement Reggio Emilia and Curiosity Approach in our 12 child nursery room.

Penola Casa is one of the most highly regarded early learning centre's in Brisbane. We are a small privately owned and operated 85 place exceeding rated early learning centre with an extensive waitlist and stable nursery child attendance over the course of the year (no resettling new children constantly!). We are a passionate team who truly live the ethos and practice of the Reggio Emilia educational project. The centre and team prioritize children's rights, competency and citizenship at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to educators having flexibility in their practice, which warmly welcomes deeply embedded rituals, process based project learning and the deeply connected relationships that underpin child safety in everything we do.
