The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in supporting new business initiatives and marketing efforts across multiple agencies within Publicis Groupe. This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage information and processes efficiently.

• Develop and maintain efficient processes for information management, reporting, and global information requests.
• Assist in preparing pitch responses, managing the pitch process, and supporting presentation rehearsals.
• Ensure all information is tidy, up-to-date, and readily available for global team requests.
• Conduct data analysis and desk-based research to support pitches and other business development activities.
• Work closely with the finance team, design team, and other stakeholders to gather and present information.
• Assist in creating and refining PowerPoint presentations, including design tweaks and runner duties.
• Over time, become a key source of knowledge within the team, knowing who to loop in for various tasks.

• Solid grasp of the Media and Advertising Industry
• 1- 3 years of new business experience (ideally, not mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to identify and correct spelling and grammatical errors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word are critical to the role. Bonus would be skills in Photoshop and information management systems.
• Resilient, confident, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Mild mannered and a positive attitude are a bonus.
