The Opportunity

As a Service & Warranty Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in protecting the customer experience and maintaining the quality standards that define the Creation Homes brand.

Working closely with homeowners, developers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you'll oversee warranty inspections and rectification works, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently, professionally and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and delivering positive outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential warranty and maintenance works during the Defects Liability Period (DLP)

• Conduct inspections and assess maintenance and warranty claims in line with company standards and industry requirements

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of rectification works

• Monitor the quality of completed works and ensure compliance with agreed standards

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients throughout the warranty process

• Liaise with developers and key stakeholders to provide updates on project and service outcomes

• Review and monitor service and warranty reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and work towards fair, practical and customer-focused solutions

• Ensure all defect rectification works are completed in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC), Victorian Standards and Tolerances, and relevant Australian Standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

About You

We're looking for a customer-focused construction professional who combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional communication skills.

You will bring:

• Experience in residential construction, warranty, maintenance or site supervision

• Strong understanding of domestic volume building practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues effectively

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Sound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• High-level computer literacy across Microsoft Office and mobile applications

• Solid knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and Victorian Standards and Tolerances

• A commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction

• Relevant trade qualification or construction-related certification

• Current White Card

• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
