About the role
Living Diabetes & Endocrinology is Perth's first integrated, comprehensive and holistic care centre for people living with diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic conditions. We invite you to join our team of leading medical and allied health professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. At Living Diabetes, we believe in a multidisciplinary approach that addresses all aspects of a person's health, emphasizing their physical, emotional, and social well-being, to prevent complications and promote overall health.
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to work 2 days a week (Wednesdays & Fridays). While Genie software proficiency is preferred, candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may be considered for paid training. This role would suit university students with an interest in health care and have strong interpersonal skills and are highly organized. More hours will be available on an ad-hoc basis.

What Can You Bring To Us:
You will be very keen to learn, confident and display a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of our small team. You will have experience working with computers and have a very good attention to detail, be a fast learner, strong English skills and manage the demands of a busy practice with calm and poise.
Preference is for candidates with at least 6 months of medical receptionist experience in a medical or allied health practice but university students seeking part-time work can also apply if you have at least 6 months experience in a service job.
Australian citizens and permanent residents only are eligible to apply for this position.
Our working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
