Role Overview
As Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with safety and building standards, and maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities from start to finish

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines

• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS protocols

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain transparency

• Track progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 4 years)

• Strong knowledge of NSW building codes, WHS regulations, and construction processes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and programmes

• Ability to use construction management software(On site companion)

• Trade qualification or relevant building/construction certification

• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence
