HME Fabrication Coordinator - Perth based

About the Role:

Mader Group has an exciting new opportunity in our HME Fabrication division for a full-time, Perth based Coordinator. This diverse role will have you working across an exciting scope of work, giving you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & engagement with our field staff – being proactively involved with our crews with regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team

• Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in new markets

• Providing expertise on services available within the Group

• Embracing the Mader Culture by ensuring your teams are well looked after – Our employees are #1

Skills & Experience:

• A strong background in a similar role in the Fabrication space 

• Trade Background (Ideal but not essential)

• Outstanding customer relations and people management skills

• Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• High-level communication and negotiating skills

• Experience in project estimation & quoting

• Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite

• Competent conflict resolution skills

• Valid driver’s licence
