About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our manufacturing team in Brendale. This full-time role is ideal for someone with existing screen printing experience or a strong interest in developing a career in this area.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and screen printing a wide variety of substrates – excluding textiles – with precision and consistency. Attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work within a small team are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate screen printing equipment
Print on a range of non-textile substrates (e.g. plastics, metals, decals)
Ensure accurate ink application, alignment, and curing
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and workspace
Follow job specifications and quality assurance standards
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
About You
Experience in screen printing preferred (non-textile printing highly regarded) or a williness to learn
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules
Strong communication skills and team mindset
Forklift licence (desirable, not essential)
