Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact during the most important years of a child's development?
The Hive Brighton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our growing early learning team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional educational programs while working in a supportive environment that values collaboration, professional growth and high-quality outcomes for children.
The Opportunity
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and a love of learning
Observe, assess and document children's learning and development
Foster children's independence, creativity, critical thinking and social-emotional wellbeing
Build strong, positive relationships with families through open and meaningful communication
Mentor and collaborate with educators to support best practice across the team
Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
Minimum two years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
Current Working With Children Check
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Full Australian working rights
Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality educational outcomes and mentoring fellow educators
