About the role

You will be providing person-centered care within hospital settings. Your responsibilities may include assisting patients with personal care, mobility support, mealtime assistance, conducting patient observations and reporting changes in condition, documenting care, and working alongside registered nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patients feel safe, respected, and well supported throughout their care journey.

What we are looking for

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent

• Current First Aid/CPR

• Up to date National Police Check

• Working rights in Australia and must be living in Australia

• A caring, professional, and reliable attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
