About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking two dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Chatswood team on a Full-Time basis. This position will see you working with patients visiting our clinic, including greeting, registering them for appointments and managing a range of services queries over the phone and online. 

This role is a Monday to Friday position working a 7.6-hour shift. You may occasionally need to work across our Ryde and Westmead clincs.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You
