The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and organized - track and Trace to join our dynamic Transport team in Melbourne.

In this role, you will work closely with our Transport team and support internal operational teams across Australia. You’ll be responsible for coordinating collections, monitoring shipments by both air and road, communicating with regional agents and major domestic airlines, and ensuring everything keeps moving daily.

This is administrative role , with a slight hand on approach , where you’ll play an important part in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of urgent, medical freight which include temp sensitive and time specific freight.

We’re looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude who enjoys solving problems, staying organized and making things happen.

About the Role

• Coordinate collections and deliveries across Australia

• Monitor air and road shipments from collection through to delivery

• Liaise with regional agents, transport providers and major domestic airlines

• Communicate with internal operational teams and external partners

• Work with transportation management software and systems

• Provide accurate and timely updates on shipments

• Ensure urgent and perishable medical freight is handled with care and delivered on time

• Support the broader Transport and Operations teams as required

Transport industry experience is preferred . Full training will be provided.
