Your Opportunity
Due to strong growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Mott MacDonald's Risk and Assurance team has an exciting opening for a Risk and Assurance Advisor in the Brisbane or Adelaide office. You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia. In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Understanding and applying relevant risk analysis tools & techniques (Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk), including: Risk identification techniques (e.g., bow-tie analysis) Preparation of rationale for cost and schedule consequence ranges Working with Schedulers, Cost Engineers, Project Managers and Estimators to accurately quantify cost and schedule ranges. Preparing quantitative modelling methodologies to optimise model inputs Running quantitative models and providing interpretive reports to enable informed and evidence-based decision-making Workshop facilitation support Delivering quality reports and outputs
About You
Desirable Experience
Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications and working towards chartership Experience in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) using specialist risk software (e.g., Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk) Experience in a project environment providing technical and project risk management knowledge and judgement to enable project decision making. Ability to lead small sized engagements. Ideally with exposure to defence industry projects.
Key Skills
The ability to produce clear and logical written communication and presentations in English. Effective Team player Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrating a passion for continual learning and promote the use of the global network systems to teams. Continually reviewing own capabilities and supporting colleagues in their continual professional development.
