Food & Beverage Attendants

The Meat & Wine Co Canberra are looking for experienced and dedicated Wait Staff to become part of their professional and hard-working team.

The successful applicants will have:

• Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service

• Previous A La Carte restaurant experience which must include 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of tables 2-3 years experience

• Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling

• A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests

• steak knowledge preferred

• Basic allergen understanding 

• A current RSA

• Willingness to undergo our specified training program

• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

• Good and clear communication skills to interact with guests and team members

• Own vehicle preferred to be able to stay past 11pm if requred
