As the first female chef in the United States to earn three Michelin stars, she has built restaurants that redefine fine dining through thoughtful cuisine and meaningful human connection.

Petit Crenn marks Chef Crenn's highly anticipated debut in Melbourne. Located within the iconic InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto, Petit Crenn is an elegant French café and wine bar inspired by the warmth of Parisian cafés, the beauty of Australian produce, and the timeless traditions of French hospitality.

As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking experienced hospitality leaders to help shape the restaurant from its very first day.

Leadership Opportunities

These are foundational roles that will work closely with Crenn Dining Group and our Australian partners to establish the culture, standards, and guest experience that define Petit Crenn.
