About the role

Working within our workshop team as a Boilermaker & Fabricator, you will deliver high-quality fabrication and welding work across a range of industries from our modern, fully equipped workshop in Coffs Harbour. These positions will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment for the right applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of structural and custom metalwork

• MIG & TIG welding to a high standard

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining quality and safety standards at all times

• Contributing positively within a team environment

About you

• Trade qualifications in Boilermaking/Fabrication

• Strong MIG & TIG welding experience

• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Sound understanding of WHS policies and procedures

• NSW White Card (essential)

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Reliable work ethic and professional attitude

• Working at Heights (desirable)

• Confined Spaces (desirable)
