Administrator - Assistant (12 Month Fixed Term)

Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Administrator – Assistant to work out of our Moorebank office on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions! 

About the Role:

• Provide admin support to the Construction Business Unit.
• Work Coordination duties including handling service calls from clients, registering in our ERP system, and allocating work to our technicians
• Validating incoming technician paperwork and updating work order status and resource times in our ERP system.
• Liaising as needed with our Operations Centre Manager.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including project management tools/reports, data management, claim summaries, invoicing, filing and other ad hoc duties.
• Arranging travel and accommodation.
• Registering new maintenance contracts and producing maintenance and construction documentations, proposals, reports and presentations as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Intermediate level capability with Microsoft Office
• Cert III in Business (Office Administration) (Desirable)
• Advanced training in MS Excel (Desirable)
• Previous experience and capability in general admin duties with experience in planning and working to deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Possession of a good work ethic and ability to use initiative to achieve results
• Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop good relationships
