Business Coach (Remote)

We’re looking for a high-performance operator who challenges clients, drives accountability, and ensures measurable results.

At Practice Acceleration, we work with healthcare practice owners (Physio, Chiro, Dental, Vet, Osteo + more) across Australia, NZ, UK, Canada, and the US. Our clients are growth-focused and they expect leadership.

We’ve built the frameworks.
We’ve built the systems.

You will lead new clients from Kick-Off through to full integration into our program.

Your mission:
• Ensure they launch their marketing campaign to increase new patient flow
• Install at least one revenue profit lever
• Free up 4 hours per week via operational efficiencies
• Set clear performance baselines

This is not “orientation.”
This is acceleration.

You will run structured renewal conversations that:
• Review measurable growth
• Identify expansion opportunities
• Reinforce ROI
• Secure annual recommitments

Retention is not luck.
It’s leadership + results.

You will:
• Analyse revenue, patient numbers, conversion rates, and clinical hours
• Identify bottlenecks
• Prescribe strategic adjustments
• Ensure forward momentum

You must be commercially sharp.
You must understand marketing metrics.
You must understand sales conversion.
You must understand team leverage.

You will lead high-energy, structured sessions where:
• Clients leave with ONE clear action
• Bottlenecks are removed in real time
• Standards are reinforced
• Execution increases

These are not “chat” calls.
They are performance calls.

This is where this role becomes elite.

You will:

• Identify patterns across clients
• Improve frameworks based on real-world feedback
• Refine onboarding systems
• Suggest new tools, templates, and workflows
• Test new delivery approaches
• Stay ahead of marketing and AI trends
• Collaborate with leadership on program upgrades

You are:

- Comfortable challenging high-performing business owners
- Structured and process-driven (you follow frameworks, not vibes)
- Commercially literate (marketing, sales, KPIs, margin, growth levers)
- A strong communicator who can lead groups confidently
- Able to hold people accountable without being aggressive
- Obsessed with results and client success

You likely have experience in:
• Business coaching or consulting
• Sales leadership
• Marketing strategy
• Managing teams or departments
• Performance management
