We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving outstanding sales results.

As a Fleet Sales Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, providing tailored vehicle solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving fleet sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact between the dealership and fleet customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and secure new fleet sales opportunities through proactive business development.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve vehicle sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and vehicle solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-up activities.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Represent the dealership professionally at all times.

About You

• Previous experience in automotive sales, fleet sales, or business development preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and focused on achieving results.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A current driver's licence is essential.
