Information Systems - Coordinator

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Information Systems Coordinator to join our team in Balcatta. In this role, you'll provide expert support across operational information systems, mobile technologies, reporting tools, and business processes that enable the efficient delivery of field services across the Corporation. Working closely with operational teams, Work Planning, Operations Analytics, and Information Technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting system users and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you can expect with this role

• Be the first point of contact for operational information systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting, user guidance and training to field-based and office-based teams.
• Help improve the quality and accuracy of operational data by monitoring system performance, analysing trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the management and provisioning of mobile devices and system access, ensuring employees and contractors can quickly and effectively perform their work.
• Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements and business improvement initiatives, including user acceptance testing and the implementation of new functionality.
• Work with a diverse range of stakeholders across Operations, Analytics and Information Technology to resolve issues, optimise processes and enhance service delivery outcomes.
• Use data and reporting insights to identify risks, investigate anomalies and provide recommendations that improve operational performance and compliance. 

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

• Substantial experience in providing technical and support services in operational information systems within an infrastructure-based organisation
• Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and reconcile data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Advanced understanding of technology platforms, operational systems, reporting tools, and business processes.
• Proven experience building effective stakeholder relationships and influencing positive process and system improvements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to support and train a diverse range of users.
• Relevant experience in the use of SAP, Maximo, Power BI, Temetra and Microsoft Systems would be highly regarded.
