About the role
Devlyn Construction is a respected Western Australian commercial builder delivering projects across education, health, aged care, government, and commercial sectors throughout metropolitan and regional WA.
Our reputation has been built on delivering quality projects while building long-term relationships with our clients, suppliers, and employees. We value people who take pride in their work, show initiative, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Are you looking for a role with variety and ownership?
Devlyn Construction is seeking a motivated and proactive Storeperson / Logistics Coordinator (MR Driver) to take ownership of our stores and logistics function while working alongside our Procurement team.
This isn't your typical warehouse role. You will be responsible for keeping our stores organised and operating efficiently, managing company tools and equipment, coordinating deliveries, maintaining compliance records, and providing overflow MR truck driving support when required.
This is an autonomous role where you will take ownership of the day-to-day stores and logistics function, supported by the Procurement Manager and wider construction team.
If you enjoy being organised, take pride in keeping things running efficiently and want a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
THE ROLE
Based at our Canning Vale office, you will play an important role in supporting our commercial construction projects across Western Australia by ensuring materials, equipment and logistics are ready when our site teams need them.
You will work closely with our Procurement Manager, Truck Driver, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and suppliers to ensure our stores and logistics operations run smoothly.

Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and site teams.
Load and unload company vehicles using a forklift.
Provide overflow MR truck driving support when required.
Assist with delivery scheduling and logistics planning.

Maintain accurate registers for company tools and equipment.
Track movement of tools and equipment between the warehouse and construction sites.
Coordinate servicing, repairs, and maintenance of company assets.
Manage electrical Test & Tag and other compliance requirements.
Maintain inventory records and logistics documentation.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in their work, and can confidently manage their own workload.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in stores, warehousing, logistics or the construction industry.
A current Forklift Licence (essential).
A current MR Driver's Licence (HR highly regarded).
White Card.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to get involved wherever required.
Experience with construction materials, tool management, asset tracking, servicing schedules, or compliance systems will be highly regarded.
WHAT WE OFFER:
A stable full-time position with a well-established WA commercial builder.
Diverse role with no two days the same.
Opportunity to take ownership of an important operational function within the business.
Uniforms provided.
Ongoing training and development.
Career progression opportunities.
