Customer Service / Admin Team Member

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking customer orders and handling incoming phone calls. You will be an important point of contact for our customers, ensuring their orders are taken accurately and processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner

• Take and accurately enter customer orders

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide helpful information

• Confirm order details and ensure accuracy

• Process orders efficiently and communicate with other team members

• Customer Billing / Invoicing

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

• Maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience

• Assist with general customer service / sales / admin duties as required

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner

About you

• Previous customer service experience

• Excellent communication and phone skills

• A friendly, positive and professional manner

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Skilled in Microsoft 365, including Office and Teams

• Proficient computer skills with intermediate data entry abilities

• Experience in Netsuite - Customer Ordering / Billing / Invoicing preferred

• The ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
