About the Role

Working alongside our experienced chefs, you'll receive practical, hands-on training while completing your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of meals.
• Learning food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Working under the guidance and supervision of qualified chefs.
• Operating commercial kitchen equipment, including mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens and cooktops.
• Assisting with food service when required.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning and sanitisation.
• Assisting with food storage, stock rotation and general kitchen operations.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
