Automall West is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team on a full time basis. Representing 9 leading new vehicle brands, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional or automotive sales specialist looking to advance their career within one of Queensland’s most dynamic automotive groups.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping customers secure finance and insurance solutions that enhance their vehicle ownership experience while contributing to the success of the dealership.

About the Role
You will be responsible for presenting and arranging tailored finance, insurance, and aftermarket product solutions for customers purchasing vehicles across our diverse range of 9 new car brands, as well as quality pre-owned vehicles. You will work closely with the sales department, lending partners, and customers to ensure a seamless and professional experience from vehicle purchase through to settlement and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Present vehicle finance, insurance, warranty, and aftermarket products to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting finance solutions suited to their individual circumstances.
• Submit and manage finance applications through approved lending institutions.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and business partners.
• Achieve finance, insurance, and product penetration targets.
• Maintain detailed records and update customer information within dealership systems.
• Work closely with the Sales team to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Remain up to date with finance products, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing journey.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance or vehicle sales is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• A customer-focused approach with a professional and ethical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Ability to work toward individual and team performance targets.
• High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
• Strong computer literacy and CRM experience.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
