Make every first impression count. As the gateway to cohealth services, you'll support clients, coordinate referrals, provide expert guidance, and help people access the right care at the right time. Join us and help create positive client experiences every day.

Your duties include:

• Provide an efficient and welcoming point of entry for clients accessing cohealth services, in a courteous and friendly manner
• Access client eligibility against program/funding criteria, and guide clients through intake and referral pathways based on identified needs
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records and case notes

Our ideal candidate:

• Relevant health/human/community services qualifications or experience
• Proven administrative and organisational skills with an ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
• advanced proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and administrative processes is essential for this role
• Experience and demonstrated understanding of health and community services and resources available to clients 
• High level interpersonal skills and ability to support others with day-to-day problem solving

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
