Dermal Therapist — KAILO Medispa, The Calile Hotel

Full time or part time. Weekend availability (at least one day) is essential.

KAILO Medispa sits inside the Calile Hotel on James Street, Fortitude Valley. We're a team of Dermal Therapists, Nurses and Doctors pushing the edge of medical skin science, and we're looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join us.

What you'll be doing

You'll deliver our full treatment menu, including HALO and BBL (training provided), HydraFacial, medical skin needling with growth factors and exosomes, RF skin needling, Oberv skin consultations, and hands on advanced facial based treatments. You'll manage the guest journey from consultation through rebooking, recommend treatments that genuinely suit each guests concerns, and contribute to clinic performance targets.

What we're looking for

• Experience in advanced skin treatments and a strong understanding of peels and active ingredients

• Comfortable and confident delivering hands on facial treatments, not just device led services

• Confidence recommending upgrades, packages and homecare programs

• Excellent consultation and communication skills

• A track record in guest service or sales

• QLD Laser licence highly regarded (Not essential)

• Someone reliable, coachable and genuinely invested in client outcomes

We're flexible on full time or part time arrangements, but at least one weekend shift per week is required.
