Support Worker

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide person-centred personal care and continence support with dignity and respect
• Assist with two-person transfers
• Support the client through their daily routine with patience and consistency
• Take direction well and adapt calmly to the client's needs and preferences
• Build a trusting, respectful relationship with the client and their family
• Work collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear professional boundaries

• You have experience with personal care and manual handling
• You take instruction well and communicate clearly with family as part of the care team
• You're reliable and committed to consistent shifts, including shorter split shifts across the week
