About the Role

We're looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our fast-growing wholesale property business. Based in our Bowral or Sydney office, this isn't a traditional listing or open-home role — you'll be working with clients remotely and helping us stay compliant every step of the way.

About You

• Ensure our day-to-day operations meet all real estate licensing and compliance obligations under the Property and Stock Agents Act and related regulations.

• Match buyers with suitable properties from our portfolio using desktop research and internal systems.

• Run online consultations and meetings with prospective home buyers.

• Support marketing and client communication from a desktop-first approach — no door-knocking or cold-calling for listings.

• Maintain accurate records, disclosures, and trust account processes in line with regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with our broader team on deal structuring and client onboarding.

What We're Looking For

• Current NSW Class 1 Real Estate Agent licence to act as Licensee in Charge.

• Solid understanding of agency law, disclosure obligations, and complaints handling.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, video calls, and digital marketing tools.

• Strong communicator who can build client trust remotely.

• Someone who wants a genuine Monday–Friday role, no weekend open homes or listing chases.

About the Role

• Full-time role located in either our Bowral or Sydney office

• Remuneration negotiable.
