Aftermarket Sales & Operations Manager

Transmin is a leading Australian provider of engineered equipment, aftermarket parts, and services to the mining, resources, and bulk materials handling industries — operating nationally and internationally from our Head Office in Malaga, WA.
We are seeking a commercially astute Aftermarket Sales & Operations Manager to be responsible for leading the sales function, develop growth strategies, manage key customer relationships and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets across our Aftermarket division.
About the RoleReporting to the Director of Aftermarket you will work closely with internal stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities, improve customer outcomes, and expand Transmin’s market presence.
Drive sales of OEM parts, agency products and aftermarket suppliesGrow market share through proactive customer engagement and relationship managementExpand Transmin’s aftermarket portfolio through new products, brands, and market opportunitiesIdentify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Transmin’s product and service offeringsLead mentor and inspire a high-performing sales teamFoster a culture of accountability, customer focus and continuous improvementProvide accurate sales reporting, pipeline visibility and performance analysisSupport the development and execution of long-term aftermarket growth
Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience leading a sales team within the mining, materials handling, OEM or related industrial sectorsProven success identifying, developing and closing sales opportunitiesStrong mechanical aptitudeRelevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Engineering, Marketing Management or a related discipline.Experience using ERP and CRM systems
