You will play a key role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent, and self-directed lives across a variety of supportive environments. You will provide care and assistance that promotes choice, skill development, and community connection, including:

• Supported Independent Living (SIL): Helping participants thrive in their own homes

• Community Inclusion & Social Support: Fostering social participation, friendships, and community engagement

• In-Home Care & Personal Support: Assisting with daily living activities while promoting autonomy

• High Support & Complex Care Environments: Delivering compassionate, tailored support for participants with higher care needs

Your work will make a tangible difference every day, supporting individuals to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enjoy rich, meaningful lives.

Essential:

• Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence

• Full working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded:

• Experience supporting complex behaviours or high physical support needs

• Hoist, mobility, and manual handling skills

• Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant safeguarding

• Commitment to person-centred, active support

Don’t hold a current qualification? Apply through our traineeship program!

• Earn your Certificate III in Disability while gaining hands-on experience

We are currently recruiting in:

Woy Woy / Peninsula | Gorokan Region | Toukley Region

• CCLO is currently looking for PPT and Casual Disability Support Workers, as well as 3 x maternity relief positions for approximately 6 months to 1 year.

  There is potential for the maternity relief positions to transition into ongoing employment following the relief period, depending on operational requirements and available positions.

Successful candidates must complete:

• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (4)
