Email, Ecommerce & Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

You will own Atone's email marketing, ecommerce creative and editorial content from strategy through to execution. You'll work with the Marketing Manager, clinic team and external Klaviyo specialist to develop a more sophisticated, consistent and commercially effective customer journey across email and ecommerce. You'll have considerable creative ownership and the opportunity to help shape what the next phase of Atone's ecommerce marketing looks like.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Atone's rolling email marketing calendar, planning approximately 2-3 strategically different EDMs per week
• Concept, design, write and ideally build email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Develop campaign sequences for key retail periods including Black Friday, Afterpay Day, Christmas, Boxing Day and EOFY
• Create engaging non-sale content around skin concerns, ingredients, routines, new products, therapist recommendations and trends
• Develop and test subject lines, preview text, CTAs, send times and campaign formats
• Work with external Klaviyo specialist on segmentation, flows, automation and database strategy
• Review email performance and use the data to continually improve results
• Design sophisticated, premium EDMs that balance beautiful creative with strong commercial outcomes
• Create campaign heroes, product tiles, promotional modules, landing-page creative and supporting website assets
• Help determine what products, brands and offers receive prominence on email to align with website

About you

• Approximately 4-6+ years' experience in email marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing or a closely related role
• A creative marketer with a strong commercial brain
• Ability to create hierarchy and visual structure
• Experience developing email campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating EDM/email campaigns, ecommerce creative, landing pages, editorial layouts or digital campaigns
