We are looking for a Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our high-performing team across our Keystar Autoworld Dealerships, located at both Morayfield and Rothwell.

You will be mentored by our Finance & Insurance Area Manager and work alongside experienced Business Managers, gaining practical, hands-on experience while completing the Autopact Business Manager Training Program.

You will learn how to:

• Facilitate vehicle loans from enquiry to settlement

• Work alongside the sales team to maximise every opportunity

• Build and manage customer leads

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Achieve KPI’s for the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products

• Navigate finance and insurance compliance with confidence

• Develop the skills required to progress into a successful Business Manager

Who are we Looking For?

• We are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and hungry to succeed

• You don't need to know everything about automotive finance as we will teach you

• What matters is your attitude, work ethic and desire to win

What skills will you need?

• Experience in sales, banking, finance or insurance preferred, but not essential

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence building relationships with customers

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude

• The motivation to learn, grow and achieve

• On Open Drivers Licence
