PPM operates a comprehensive service network throughout the east coast of Australia, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and country regional areas. Located in Kingston, you would be a joining close knit team who work towards the common goal of being the very best in the industry.

About the role

As a Customer Service Rep you will be required to contact our existing customer base to book in services. Duties include but not limited to;

• Receiving inbound customer enquiries and making outbound calls to customers, documenting correspondence accurately;

• Providing information about our products and services;

• Inputting invoices and completing data entry as required; and

• Liaising and providing support to Line Managers and other Departments as needed.

About you 

We are looking for candidates with a positive growth mindset and the following;

• More than 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment;

• Clear verbal and written communication skills;

• Confident in conversing with different types of customers;

• Ability to work autonomously within a team environment;

• Ability to use multiple programs/systems and screen simultaneously; and

• Strong computer and accurate data entry skills.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol and criminal/driver history checks.
