We're looking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional with a strong events background to join our Food & Beverage team as a Supervisor. Whether you're an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step or an established Supervisor looking for a new challenge, this is an opportunity to build your career in a dynamic hotel environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation across conferencing and events, breakfast service, restaurant and bar outlets. You will lead by example, support team development, and ensure our guests receive outstanding service at every touchpoint.

Working across a diverse Food & Beverage operation, you will play a key role in delivering seamless events, maintaining service standards, coaching team members, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Events experience is essential, as our operation has a strong focus on conferencing, events and breakfast service.

• Breakfast and/or restaurant experience is highly regarded.

• Flexibility to work across multiple areas of the F&B operation, including AM and PM shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

• A strong Team Leader ready to step into a supervisory position, or an experienced Supervisor seeking their next opportunity.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for guest service and team development.

• Current NSW RSA Certificate.

• Australian working rights are required. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
