Physiotherapist | Disability & Rehab

Meta Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Blacktown.

We are looking for a highly capable clinician with strong clinical reasoning, broad rehabilitation experience and confidence managing complex presentations across disability, rehabilitation and community-based care.

You will manage a varied caseload across clinic and community settings, working with both paediatric and adult clients.

• Assess and treat rehabilitation, disability and complex functional presentations

• Work with both paediatric and adult clients

• Manage musculoskeletal, neurological, pain, mobility, balance and reconditioning cases

• Deliver services across clinic, home, school, workplace and community settings

• Develop evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans

• Manage complex cases and make sound clinical decisions

• Prepare high-quality clinical notes, reports and recommendations

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, referrers and multidisciplinary teams

• Contribute to case discussions and clinical development within the Allied Health Team

You are an experienced Physiotherapist with strong clinical judgement, clear communication and a high standard of professional practice.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

• At least three years of clinical Physiotherapy experience

• Strong rehabilitation and clinical reasoning skills

• Confidence managing complex clinical and functional presentations

• Strong assessment, treatment planning and case-management skills

• Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills

• The ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and professional stakeholders

• Current Australian working rights

• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Experience working with both paediatric and adult clients is desirable.

Experience in disability, neurological rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, hospital rehabilitation, WorkCover, aged care or private practice will be valued.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy

• Current AHPRA registration

• Current Australian working rights

• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one

• Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one

• Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

• First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them

• Medicare Provider Number, or capacity to obtain one
