About the Role
An amazing opportunity to be a part of an exciting industry and growing Company to play an integral role as an Assistant Park Manager at our Tasman Holiday Parks - Rollingstone. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing our guests a timeless place where they can escape to freedom and have a stay to remember.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced front office or reception manager, or an emerging hospitality leader, looking to grow into a broader leadership role within a supportive and dynamic environment. Alternatively, you may already be an established leader seeking a fresh challenge and a new opportunity to make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of the park, supported by an experienced on-site team, a Regional Operations Manager, and a dedicated corporate support office. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills and gain exposure across all aspects of park operations.
In this role, you’ll contribute to delivering on our strategic goals, including enhancing guest experience, supporting marketing initiatives, driving revenue opportunities, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a strong health and safety culture. You’ll also play an important role in leading, supporting, and motivating the team to achieve great results.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment and enjoys being hands-on. You’re an organised and capable leader, or an emerging one, who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong team culture, and contributing positively to overall performance.
