The Role:

A great opportunity to join a highly successful and vibrant small business in the mobility and assisted living sector. This role comes with a high level of personal satisfaction helping our customers improve their lifestyle and wellbeing.

·         Taking inbound calls and talking to clients about our mobility products.

·         Making outbound follow up calls to customers.

·         Scheduling appointment times for our Mobility Consultants

·         Inputting information into our CRM system.

·         Booking in-house client appointments.

·         Some administration duties as required.

·         Full training provided.

About YOU:

·         Previous appointment setting, sales support, inbound and outbound sales experience.

·         Excellent customer service.

·         Clear communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport on the phone.

·         Able to be patient when handling customer needs.

·         Good computer skills including MS Office.

·         Experience using a CRM system is highly regarded.

·         A positive "will-do" attitude with the ability to work as part of a small team.
