About this opportunity
This role is an opportunity at Council, overseeing our response to the Longwood Bushfire January 2026 event. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the Murrindindi Shire Fire Recovery Plan, in collaboration with internal departments of Council and a variety of government and community organisations. You will be valued for experience in emergency management and response, community development or similar.
