Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Junior Project Manager to join our team full-time.
About the Role
Working with our Projects team, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects.
Liaising with clients, trades, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinating project schedules, materials and site requirements.
Monitoring project progress, deadlines and key deliverables.
Assisting with project documentation, variations, procurement and reporting.
Supporting Site Supervisors and the wider project team to resolve issues as they arise.
Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with project handovers, defects and close-out requirements.
About You
Ideally, you will have:
2 years’ experience in project coordination, junior project management or a similar construction role.
Experience within commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment or property services.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Good working knowledge of construction processes and project delivery.
Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients, trades and subcontractors.
Current driver's licence.
