Advantaged Care has 5 Aged Care facilities. Our residence brings an unprecedented level of affordable luxury to Aged Care and is designed to create an inviting, comfortable, calm and peaceful environment for our residents and families to enjoy.

We are currently recruiting for Care Service Companions on a part time & casual basis.

Advantaged Care has 5 facilities that require Care Service Companions with varying shifts on offer. 

Georges Hall - near Bankstown

Prestons Lodge - near Liverpool
Edensor Gardens - near Fairfield
Barden Lodge - near Sutherland

Bondi Waters - near Bondi Beach

As a Care Services Companion you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence and focus on creating and welcoming, calm atmosphere. We have a range of shifts on offer including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.

What we look for:

• Full working rights - No student visas/ No Sponsorship
• Certificate 3 in Aged Care of equivalent.
• 6 months aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
• A good understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.
• A strong passion for quality in aged care
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Hard Working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.
• Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.

All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical. The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination in line with government direction.
