About the role

We are seeking a fit, reliable, and motivated Tyre Fitter to join our team based in Dandenong. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for fitting new tyres to rims for the OE sector of our business, supplying wheels and tyres to leading caravan and RV manufacturers across Australia.

Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will take pride in delivering quality workmanship while supporting the smooth operation of our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading company and become part of a supportive team.

This is a full-time position based in Dandenong, Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting and balancing of new tyres to new wheels 

• Swapping of loose wheels and tyres (fitted with sensors)

• Maintaining accurate records of all tyre fitting and repairs

• Operating forklifts to move tyres and equipment (LF Forklift License essential)

• Delivering excellent customer service through fast, reliable fitting and balancing while maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently in compliance with workplace safety standards

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid LF Forklift License

• Previous experience as a tyre fitter (preferred but not essential)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual
