We are seeking an outstanding Branch Manager to lead our Dandenong team of nine and to be a member of our business's Leadership team.

This is not just an operational management role. We are looking for a highly organised leader who can build a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

About You

We are much more interested in finding an exceptional leader than someone with a specific industry background.

You may come from big box retail, operations, logistics, manufacturing, industrial services, construction, trades, distribution, automotive, facilities management, or another service-based industry.

What matters most is your ability to lead people and deliver results.

Industry experience in lifting equipment, cranes, rigging, height safety, or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
