About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Paint Shop Labourer to assist in the paint preparation of custom LED displays. If you are hands on, detail oriented and looking to be part of a creative production environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Sanding, prepping and masking materials for painting

• Assisting spray painters with setup and clean-up

• Moving and handling display components safely

• Keeping the workshop tidy and organised

• General labouring and support duties as required

• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

• Following safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment

About You:

• Physically fit with a can-do attitude

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Punctual, motivated and able to work well in a team

• A good eye for detail and quality finish

• Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure a high quality finish.
