We are all about punchy, flavour-packed rice bowls, crispy, juicy fried chicken and damn good food that does not take itself too seriously. Born from Seoul’s buzzing street-food scene, we have taken some of the best Korean flavours and made them fast, fresh and fun. Now, we need a great crew to help us serve them up. Whether you are welcoming Guests, preparing flavour-packed food or helping your crew power through a busy service, you will play a big part in bringing the South Seoul experience to life. WHAT YOU’LL BE SERVING UP As a South Seoul Shift Leader, you will work across customer service, food preparation and restaurant operations. You will: • Welcome Guests and provide fast, friendly service• Take Guests orders and process payments accurately• Prepare and serve menu items to South Seoul’s quality and presentation standards• Prepare online and delivery orders accurately and efficiently• Keep the kitchen, service areas and restaurant clean, safe and organised• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures• Restock ingredients and supplies to keep service moving• Work with your crew to deliver fast, efficient service during busy periods• Jump in, help out and support your Seoul Mates wherever needed WHAT YOU’LL BRING Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation or customer service is great, but it is not essential. Your attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
