Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader who is passionate about building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.

You will have:

• Approved Early Childhood qualification recognised by ACECQA

• Previous leadership experience in an Early Childhood service

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF)

• Excellent understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS)

• Working knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

• Outstanding leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

We are looking for a passionate university-qualified teacher who is committed to delivering inspiring educational programs and supporting children's learning through play.

Essential:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved qualification relevant to the position

• Current NSW Working With Children Check.

• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions that would prevent you from undertaking the advertised role.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, where appropriate).

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF v2.0), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care in a child-safe environment.

• Ability to build strong relationships with children and families.

Diploma Qualified Educators

We're looking for experienced educators who love creating engaging learning environments and working collaboratively within a supportive team.

Essential:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved qualification relevant to the position.

• Current NSW Working With Children Check.

• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions that would prevent you from undertaking the advertised role.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, where appropriate).

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF v2.0), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).

Centre Cook

Our Centre Cook plays an important role in supporting children's health and wellbeing through nutritious, fresh meals prepared daily.

Essential:

• Experience preparing nutritious meals

• Understanding of food safety and allergy management

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to prepare seasonal menus in line with Australian Dietary Guidelines

• Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong organisational skills

We are committed to implementing the NSW Child Safe Standards and maintaining a culture of safety, inclusion and respect.

As part of our child-safe recruitment process, all applicants will be required to:

• Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check (or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement).

• Provide evidence of qualifications and relevant professional registrations where applicable.

• Participate in child-safe interview questions that assess their understanding of child protection responsibilities.

• Provide a minimum of two professional referee checks, including a recent direct supervisor.

• Successfully complete all pre-employment screening and verification checks.

• Demonstrate a commitment to the National Quality Framework, the National Quality Standard and the Child Safe Standards.

• Participate in mandatory child-safe induction, ongoing professional learning and compliance training.
