Capacity Partners Therapy is looking for two passionate Psychologists to join our team.

We’re seeking psychologists who enjoy working with people with behavioural, psychosocial and complex support needs and values flexibility, autonomy and meaningful clinical work.

This is a genuine hybrid role where you’ll have the freedom to structure your own diary while working from home, our Hurstville office and in the community.

What we’re looking for:

Registered Psychologist (AHPRA), or a Provisional Psychologist in the later stages of registration.

Experience working with behavioural or community-based presentations.

Strong assessment, formulation and report writing skills.

A collaborative, person-centred approach and the ability to work independently.

Experience working within multidisciplinary teams is highly regarded.
